Dependability is what our clients value most.
Our team of expert decorators are highly experienced and qualified in adhering to specifications and programmes. We guarantee the durability of the repairs on a wide range of structures ranging from wartime wooden huts through to large commercial warehouses.
As well as how good it looks, the value is in how long it lasts.

Commercial Property Maintenance
Since its initial involvement with sound in 1887, Yamaha has grown into the world’s largest producer of musical instruments. They have also pioneered and remained on the cutting edge of how it is delivered to modern homes, hence the famous quote: “You’ll never get all those boxes and speakers in people’s homes!” Although they create and market state-of-the-art technology, their success had taken its toll on their offices’ interiors. We provided a complete face lift, cleaning, repairing and redecorating Yamaha’s UK presence from top to bottom.
Offices & Conference Center Refurbishment
An award-winning project – delivered two months ahead of schedule. ESK won the PDA’s Premier Trophy Awards Competition 2006, which gave national recognition for redecorating Accenture’s Training and Conference Centre in Milton Keynes. This award was given for the refurbishment of this large centre that was originally owned and operated by BT. The judges were senior PDA members who carefully considered the merits of numerous entries. The project which involved internal repairs and redecoration, was scheduled to take place between May and December. However our typical dedication delivered this project completion two months early. Each building within the complex remained in full use for the duration of the works which covered.
Shops & Retail Decorating
ESK were contracted to decorate 1000m2 of the perforated, slatted steel ceiling at the centre:mk shopping precinct, in central Milton Keynes. All work had to take place at night and the project had to be completed within a 30-day timeframe. As the ceiling was at a height of 16m, the elevation platforms and all other equipment needed to be stored away after each shift, so the shopping centre could resume daytime trading without disruption. ESK’s specialist access equipment was stored in a designated compound which was erected and maintained by the redecorating team. All services needed to be fully protected, each evening, before work could commence. Brewers Protective Coatings produced a specification tailored to both ESK’s and the client’s requirements, which included quick-drying water-borne products, which would fully adhere to the difficult substrate. Grease had to be removed from each panel by hand before two coats of Rust-Oleum Noxyde could be applied, which gave a uniform matt finish. Commercial Painting Contractors in Milton Keynes need to be highly flexible.
I feel comfortable in using ESK for various projects on site because they are reliable, efficient and flexible; additionally they are always willing to assist in finding solutions to problems or alternative ways of achieving what my client required.
