This 12 month development project included: seven, four-bedroom town houses eight semidetached homes; six had three storeys and 77 luxury apartments. The quality and cleanliness of finish was vital to enable McCanns to produce accommodation designed to appeal to a discerning audience. Varnished wood had to be smooth and spotless, with perfectly clean lines where it met painted walls. All decorations had to be flawless to enhance the thoughtfully designed, contemporary kitchens, bathroom suites and vanity units, with Porcelanosa tiling.
