Commerical – Auckland Park Milton Keynes

We have recently completed our 3rd cylindrical re-decoration at Auckland Park, Bond Avenue, Milton Keynes.

We were originally contacted by the management company of the estate back in 2003 , with a return contract visit again in 2008 to carry out the cleaning, general repairs and full re-decoration of the 4 buildings.

For our 3rd visit, following preparation and repairs a suitable ‘corrosion-resistant’ paint system was applied to give at least 5 years full protection against the elements, this gave the management team of the estate piece of mind knowing that the fabric of their buildings would be  fully protected.

Using our fully trained IPAF  trained decorators we were able to use large mobile platforms to access the most challenge parts of the building. This enabled us to keep  the costs of the contract within budget for the management company  as we were able to avoid the need of using costly scaffolding.  The contract was completed over the summer months in 8 weeks.
